Many of you know that I am a drummer. I have had many teachers along the way. Here is a photo of Ubaka Hill, a drummer from New York City. I have worked with Ubaka several times throughout the years. This morning I got an email from my local drum teacher and community leader conveying that Ubaka is very concerned about what is going on in the Gulf. It was marked urgent. I can't imagine that either of these woman would contact me this late in the game, unless it is serious.
