Norka Futon is a primo location to display any kind of art as it is in the heart of the Short North Arts district. Each month on the first Saturday, there is a gallery hop. In June The Community Festival will take place a few streets away. I feel very fortunate to be able to vend my bowls there all year long in the center of it all. Each time I sell one of my bowls it pays for ceramic classes.
The glaze is a combination of several colors including black. It would be next to impossible to try to duplicate it.
