One of the first tunes I learned on guitar. It still tears me up. Cindy Nickols Wetzel, Barb Jones, Nat Nethers, Kathy Littlejohn and so many other women who met in the band instrument room...thinking we were skipping study hall. I would guess that all teachers and band director were involved in allowing us to believe we were skipping study hall. I have had many years to rethink this. Yes, I still keep this song in my heart. Today is Bojangles birthday.
