Saturday September 8th the Newark Totem Pole was rededicated. The totem pole is located at 140 Everet Ave. Newark Ohio. The Totem Pole was erected to commemorate the flood of 1959 by the Rising River Association. The event was well attended in spite of drizzling rain. I look forward to returning the next sunny day to capture the true colors of this historic landmark.
